Thickened grain bulk bags are heavy-duty bags designed specifically for grain transportation, featuring high load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and moisture-proof characteristics.
Specifications and load-bearing capacity
Common sizes range from 90x90x110 cm to 100x100x140 cm, with a load capacity of 1 to 3 tons, and some custom models can reach up to 5 tons. The reinforced versions often use polypropylene (PP) or polyester fiber weaving, with some having an inner layer of polyethylene (PE) film to enhance moisture resistance.
Material and craftsmanship
The outer bag is made of PP woven fabric, while the inner bag can be selected with PE lamination to enhance UV resistance and moisture-proof performance. Reinforced designs such as cross-bottom and four lifting straps improve stability, making it suitable for long-term repeated use. Customization options include LOGO, material inlets and outlets, and other special requirements.
Application scenarios
Primarily used for bulk transportation of grains, feed, chemical raw materials, etc., exports must meet UV resistance and moisture-proof standards.
Important notes
The inner film should be chosen based on the nature of the goods, such as humidity. For sea transport, it is recommended to select UV-resistant material. When loading and unloading, forklifts or cranes should be used to avoid overloading.
